This notice explains how Wintech Advisory Sdn Bhd (“we”, “us”), which builds Lexiq, handles personal data that you send us through this website, lexiq.site. It covers the website only. Personal data processed inside the Lexiq product is governed by the written processing agreement signed with each firm.

What we collect

When you request a pilot place, we collect the details you enter: your name, firm, role, email address, phone number, number of fee earners, the courts you appear in and any message you add. If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or Instagram, we receive whatever you send through that channel.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps routine server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to operate and secure the site.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request, arrange the pilot conversation and keep a record of that correspondence. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

The website and its form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions on our behalf and may process them outside Malaysia. We may also use email and messaging providers to correspond with you.

How long we keep it

We keep pilot enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them, unless you become a pilot firm and a longer period is set out in your agreement.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to see, correct or withdraw consent to our use of your personal data. To do so, email sherwin.diva@gmail.com or WhatsApp 017-766 2505.
