A Wintech Advisory product

An LLM guesses.LexIQ knows.

Practice management for Malaysian litigation firms. Every answer cited. No authority, no answer.

Because every answer traces to an authority your firm verified, and every date traces to a rule a practitioner checked against the statute.

Zero hallucination is an architecture

Most legal AI asks a general-purpose model to be careful. LexIQ removes the opportunity to be wrong.

LexIQ research screen: a question with no supporting authority is refused before the model is called.
Research mode. Nothing in the corpus supports the question, so no answer is produced.

Answers come from your corpus

Retrieval scores the firm's verified authorities and keeps the strong matches. The model is constrained to cite those and nothing else.

No authority, no answer

If nothing clears the threshold the request is refused before any model call is made. The lawyer is told plainly that the corpus holds nothing on point.

A human gate before court

Filing requires an explicit verification tick, and every AI-assisted output carries a disclosure marker that cannot be switched off.

The whole matter, one system

Built for Malaysian litigation firms of roughly ten to fifty lawyers, and mobile-first because the work happens in court.

LexIQ matters screen: matters grouped by urgency, with the custody matter first and its next step shown.
Matters, ordered by what happens first. The custody matter opens at the top.

Matters

Civil and criminal, grouped by urgency. In custody first.

Deadlines

Rule-derived dates, with gaps shown rather than estimated.

Hearings

A month view of deadlines, hearings and notes, scoped to your access.

Documents

Matter, folder, file. AI pre-classifies and a person confirms.

Conflicts and KYC

Run at intake and recorded against the matter.

Time and costs

Captured against matters, with per-user rates feeding the cost engine.

Revenue

Billable-hours earnings across the firm, for managing partners.

Bundles

ROC-form sections, legal descriptions, an editable Word file.

Audit

An immutable log of access and change, tied to matters and users.

Data breaches

PDPA-aligned detection, severity assessment and a 72-hour clock.

Notifications

Escalation to the people who must act, with a breach-notify route.

Client portal

Their documents and messages. Never the internal folder.

Five modes. One rule.

The model arranges verified material. It never invents law.

Correspondence and cause papers in your firm's own voice.

  • House style learned from a precedent you upload
  • Court documents follow Malaysian cause-paper structure
  • Time logged against the matter as you work

Rules never run through a model

Computed from the Rules of Court 2012. Deterministic. Explicit when no rule exists.

Verified before they go live

Every rule is checked against its statutory source by a named practising litigator before it is used, and each verification is locked to one rule at one version. Amend the rule and it must be verified again. The verifier's name and the date appear against every date the system produces.

Step 01

Verify

A practitioner confirms the rule against the statute. Nothing computes from an unverified rule.

Step 02

Open

Court, suit, parties. Conflicts run.

Step 03

Apply

Windows derived from the rule.

Step 04

Escalate

Liberty · procedural · compliance.

Step 05

Audit

Every override, logged.

Built to be audited

Confidentiality is a professional obligation before it is a feature.

01

Tenant isolation

Every read and write is scoped to the firm in the data layer, and audit queries fail closed.

02

PDPA breach workflow

Detection, severity and containment tracked against a 72-hour clock, with the reasoning recorded.

03

Immutable audit

Access and change written to a log tied to the matter and the user. Exportable for an auditor.

04

Role separation

Eight firm roles plus separate platform roles, guarded at the route rather than the menu.

LexIQ audit screen: a log of matter, deadline, refusal, filing and access events with timestamps.
The audit log. A refusal is written to it like any other event.
